We recently hired two young and talented graphic designers to our staff. Katie Major is one of them and she wrote up a short little bio for you.
I joined Go Media for several reasons. The employees are down to earth, hard working people that respect the importance of GOOD design. I liked much of the work that is produced, and their client base is diverse. Most of all I respect their idea that honest business is good business; this seems to be a mantra that few companies embrace these days.
Work I’ve done in my 3.5 weeks so far: TPM Magazine Advertisement, LOTS of Pepsi website development, flash animations and other promotional stuff for Go Media. Created 3 new fonts for the Arsenal: Celest, Diffraction, and Identity Theft. They will be available soon.
What I’m responsible for: Designing, coding, and enhancing anything that is thrown on my desk.
What I like: Knitting, photography, movies, exploring new places, museums, shrinky-dinks, tea, camping, gallery openings, beaches, parks, jogging, playing violin and piano, learning new things.
