True, there is less interactivity, but our goal was to give the visitor an immediate view in the first 5 seconds of visiting the site of what we can do. I've got a love/hate relationship going on with the large images. While GREAT that you don't have to worry about small and zoom images (big plus on saving space on your server), I almost enjoy the ability to pick and choose which images I want to see. But, in the end--the in your face approach shows off your design skills and that's more important than individual preferences in viewing.
