How to print giant designs onto shirts

I thought this was pretty cool. For those of you who wonder how this kind of printing is done, here is a good example. Just get a machine like this!

Demonstration video of the 12 color Workhorse Falcon E Duplex Automatic Textile Printer. Oversized 47″x40″ honeycomb pallets from Action Engineering (approx. $695 per pallet) are used on every other print station. The optional extended print stroke feature allows for true AOP-All Over Printing.

  • cool machine if you have quarter of a mil hah. We used to have one but thing went to shit, they need so much maintainable, you have to actually FLY someone (yes and you have to pay for flight) to get them to come and fix it and set it up, its ridiculous--unless your lucky and you live near someone.

    there are lots more viable ways of doing this in case your wondering. Machines that print by hand are actually faster (if your good) usually. We actually went back to manual machines, they are cheaper and you have a lot less setup time.

    these type of pattens come for hand printing machines too, still as expensive though.

  • $695 pallet from action engineering, or a $40 piece of melanine board from Home Depot. Thats how I made mine. Works great. I don't have an automatic press, but I have some long arms. lol
