Revelations / Tips of a Go Media Intern

Hi! I’m Adam and I’m lucky enough to be part of Go Media this summer as an intern. This is my first post to the GoMediaZine, so I’ll introduce myself. I am still a student – a rising senior at John Carroll University studying marketing. I grew up in Canton, Ohio, and enjoy all kinds of food, un-manufactured music, learning, doing, and (of course) design.

I’d also like to announce an upcoming series of posts titled “Revelations of a Go Media Intern” where I’ll share some of the awesome things I’ve learned this summer. Go Media is a great place for growth, personally and professionally, and I owe a great deal to everyone here for sharing their wisdom. Hopefully I’ll be able to pass along some of these lessons to other students and design-hopefuls.

Nice to meet you, and be sure to check back here for some “a-ha” moments I’ve had as an intern at Go Media.

I'm a marketer, designer, armchair singer/songwriter, wannabe theoretical physicist/philosopher and recent college grad trying to pack as much living as possible into each day. Working at Go Media makes this pretty easy.

I know this young man, and I’m not sure who’s brighter — him for working with such a gifted group of creators, or them for hiring him as an intern! I’ll be very interested to read the sequels to see what Adam considers important to have learned.
