I am really looking forward to more of these podcasts! It’s helpful info coming from one of my favorite design firms! The stories are so real and it makes the advice that much better knowing that it came from experience. Again, amazing first podcast and I look forward to more! :)

This is awesome! I really loved the Daily Inspiration videos and this is like an epic version of that! So much good advice here and it’s really reassuring to know that even the big boys like Go Media don’t always have a crazy flow of business, (I know it sounds bad, but it makes me feel a little better about having down days too, lol)

Yeah we’re fighting the same fight as everyone else. We want people to know where we are coming from, so when we do have some big successes, people can enjoy it along with us.

Awesome podcast! One of the first that seems to actually touch on real life issues. I am having some of the same troubles, so it’s good to hear how other successful firms tackle similar issues. Keep it coming…. Will we ever be able to download to iTunes?

♥ This is the first podcast I’ve heard that makes success sound elusive and untidy; and risk sound dangerous. Thanks for being so honest and responsible.

Being relatively new in the creative industry this fit perfectly for what I needed to hear right now. It sometimes seems unimaginable to think of successful design firms as struggling with the ebb and flow of the creative industry. It was especially useful and interesting to hear your strategies on working through those periods where outside work might not be where you’d like it and so you have to be able to turn inward and improve the company for a moment.

As for the podcast as a whole the middle section I described above was the most catching for me personally. While the intro and exit sections weren’t as applicable to me. I thought the indepth and really honest approach of how you speak about your business was very tactful and should be kept for future podcasts as well.
