In addition to the feature in Advanced Photoshop this month, I was blessed with a feature in Computer Arts Projects. Issue #111 Typography to be exact. They highlighted some of my 3D typography and ornate lettering techniques. Here are some photos. You can buy this magazine at any major book store.

Jeff –
I was wondering if you would mind telling what program you use to create your 3D lettering?
Might be a good feature/blog article, something about all of your different design tools…everyone’s top ten kinda thing..

@ Lawrence
I’m just guessing he may have used 3dMax or something relative to it. Who knows Jeff is F’n sick with the creativity.

Don’t know if this is the right place to put it, but I picked up the new issue of Imagine FX (#32) today, and they’ve got a couple of your fonts on the disc—Goatbeard and Diffraction. Great fonts and I’m looking forward to using them on some projects.
Thanks for the hookup, cheers!

Hey Bill – this is more concise and useful than what I half-learned in a semester of 2-D design.
Also useful is Adobe Labs Kuler, or the cool new pallete that accesses Kuler right from Illustrator CS3.
