Calling Card Competition: Win all the vector packs!
Posted by Jeff in Site NewsWednesday, October 17, 2007 at 12:14 pm []

Our comrades at Freelance Switch are hosting a design competition and the two winners receive all the vector packs we’ve created. (Well over 1,000 pieces of art and over a $350 value). They will also be showcased on Freelance Switch and probably our blog too.
What is the Competition About?
The contest is to design a “calling card.” A calling card is basically a business card, but for personal use rather than business use. So it should reflect your personality. It’s something you would give to friends or people you meet at social gatherings. Giving someone your business card assumes that “you are your business” and it might not be as casual as you’d like. Instead, give them a calling card! It’s a cool way to give someone your contact information!
Requirements:
The only requirement to designing the calling card is you have to use at least one piece of vector art from the Go Media Arsenal Sample Pack.

Hello. Great business card design with concrete. I am wondering if you have tutorial for that one? What is the best way to have edge darken? and yellow mark using overlay?
Keep up good job, Go Media
