I selected the Alpha Channel, deleted the background and added a solid black background on a new layer beloi dont understand that part pls helpw my collide artwork.

Hey dude great tutorial i also have a problem i done what i wanted in Cinema 4D but this step 'I selected the Alpha Channel, deleted the background and added a solid black background on a new layer below my collide artwork' :S im stuck i choose the Alpha Channel using Ctrl + Click then after the selection is done i press Ctrl + C then Ctrl + V and it just doesnt work :S and Handbags did you check out your Displacement Map maybe you got something wrong there ?

im very new to cinema 4d..lol very new……having trouble with exploding the text like in yr tutorial to put the individual letters on as it were different layers if i was in photoshop…..when i go down to the explode menu it isnt highlighting so i cant use it
